ஜனவரி 31: இராஜஸ்தான் (Rajasthan) மற்றும் குஜராத் (Gujarat) மாநிலத்தில் தன்னை கடவுள் என அடையாளப்படுத்தி, மக்களிடம் ஆசி வழங்குவதாக பாலியல் பலாத்கார (Sexual Abuse Complaint) புகாரில் சிக்கியவர் காட்மேன் (Godman). இவர் தனது ஆசிரமத்தில் தங்கியிருந்த சிறுமியை (Minor Girl Rape) கடந்த 2013 ஜனவரி 31ம் தேதி பாலியல் பலாத்காரம் செய்ததாக புகார் எழுந்தது. இந்த வழக்கு தொடர்பான விசாரணை குஜராத் நீதிமன்றத்தில் (Gujarat Court) நடைபெற்று வந்த நிலையில், இன்று அவருக்கு எதிரான பலாத்கார குற்றசாட்டு உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டு, சாகும் வரை சிறையில் அடைக்க நீதிபதிகள் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கியுள்ளனர். அதேபோல, ரூ.50 ஆயிரம் இழப்பீடு வழங்கவும் உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
