ஆகஸ்ட் 09, கேங்க்டாக் (Sikkim News): இந்தியா மற்றும் அதனை சுற்றியுள்ள பகுதிகளில் கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளாகவே மிதமான அளவிலான நிலநடுக்கங்கள் தொடர்ந்து வருகிறது. இதனால் எதிர்காலத்தில் பெரிய அளவிலான நிலநடுக்கங்கள் ஏற்படும் என்ற அச்ச உணர்வும் அதிகரித்துள்ளது. இந்நிலையில், இன்று காலை 06:57 மணியளவில் சிக்கிம் மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள சூரங் (Soreng Earthquake) பகுதியை மையமாக வைத்து 4.4 அளவில் நிலநடுக்கம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த நிலநடுக்கத்தால் பெரிய அளவிலான பாதிப்புகள் ஏதும் ஏற்படவில்லை.
